We are pleased to present you with the 26th Annual Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Classic. The event will take place Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Cedarbrook Country Club in State Road, and will be a captain's choice tournament with both A.M. and P.M. shotgun start times. For our non-golfing supporters, we offer several sponsorship levels for your participation. The forms for play and sponsorship are available online for your consideration.
This year, the tournament proceeds will grow the Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Annual Campaign to benefit the Healthcare Scholarship Program. The Foundation recognizes the continued urgent need to recruit, develop and retain talented healthcare professionals to serve patients and communities in our region. We pledge our support to the Hospital’s need for recruiting and developing talented physicians, nurses and clinical staff to maintain a strong healthcare workforce in the Yadkin Valley Region.
With your help, we have the opportunity to provide financial assistance to HCMH for training and upgrading of our healthcare staff and to fund a Scholarship Program for persons interested in a healthcare career who want to live and work in the Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital service area. Our patients are our first priority; we appreciate your partnership as we seek to improve our organization’s greatest asset which has always been our people.
- $25,000 prize on par three # 8, Cedarbrook’s signature hole, to anyone making a hole in one.
- $1,000 raffle – Master’s level teams each player gets one entry; Friends of the Foundation teams each player gets two entries

Please return your entry form early to reserve a spot for your team; fortunately, we have a loyal following for our tournament and it fills up quickly. The registration deadline is August 10, 2017.
