American television host, author, producer, and minister, Fred Rogers, also known as Mister Rogers, said “Listening is where love begins: listening to ourselves and then to our neighbors.” This week’s Hugh Chatham Highlight is inspired by someone who is quick to listen to others and genuinely cares for both her team members and patients. I’m pleased to recognize Kendra Watts, FNP-C at Clingman Medical Center & Express Care.
Krissy Hensley, Practice Access Manager for Hugh Chatham Medical Group, said “Kendra is a provider with a heart of gold. She genuinely cares for not only her patients, but all patients she has the opportunity to treat at any of our practice locations. Her friendly personality, compassion, and attentiveness to patient needs are some of her best qualities. She goes above and beyond to ensure each patient receives quality care. She is a wonderful asset to our Clingman location and the community is fortunate to have her. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with Kendra, as she gives her all for the patients and community each day.”
Dr. Alexander Snyder continues by saying, “Kendra is a great asset to Clingman Medical Center and Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. She listens to patients. She is extremely caring and is loved by all of the patients and staff. Kendra is highly respected by everyone.”
Thank you, Kendra, for creating a lasting impact on the lives of your patients and for consistently demonstrating the Hugh Chatham Way. It is an honor to recognize you!
