On December 18th, 2023, Hugh Chatham officially welcomed urologist, J. Daniell Rackley, MD, to Hugh Chatham Health Medical Group. Dr. Rackley brings a wealth of experience and skill to the medical group and will serve patients at Hugh Chatham Health – Urology in Elkin.
Dr. Dan Rackley completed his doctorate degree at the Medical College of Georgia and completed his residency through Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. From 2006 to 2014, Dr. Rackley served as a physician at the Southeastern Urological Center, PA and principal investigator in various clinical research trials through Southeastern Research Group, Inc. in Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Rackley also practiced at the Advanced Urology Institute in Florida, and from 2018-2023, served patients at Novant Health Urology in Winston-Salem, NC.
Dr. Rackley has over 17 years of clinical experience, providing full spectrum urologic care for all ages. His clinical interests include minimally invasive procedures, kidney stone disease and urinary incontinence. His personal interests include spending time with his wife and three children, cycling, hunting, hiking and Georgia football.
