FROM WINSTON-SALEM/GREENSBORO:

Take Hwy. 421 N. to I-77. I-77 N. to Exit 83, Hwy. 21 ByPass. (This is a left exit). Go approx. ¾ mile, exit right at 268 ByPass. Turn left onto 268 ByPass W. Go approx. 3⁄10 mile and turn left at stoplight at Lowes’ Home Improvement onto Johnson Ridge Road. Go approx. 1 mile and turn right onto Parkwood Drive. Go approx. ¼ mile, and hospital is on right.

FROM MOUNT AIRY/DOBSON:

Take I-77 S. to Exit 85 – Elkin Sparta – ByPass 268. Turn right onto 268 ByPass W. Follow 268 ByPass W. approx. 2 miles and turn left at stoplight at Lowe’s Home Improvement onto Johnson Ridge Road. Go approx. 1 mile and turn right onto Parkwood Drive. Go approx. ¼ mile, and hospital is on right.

FROM CHARLOTTE:

Take I-77 N. to Exit 83, Highway 21 ByPass. (This is a left exit). Go approx. ¾ mile, exit right at 268 ByPass Turn left onto 268 ByPass W. Go approx. 3/10 mile and turn left at stoplight at Lowe’s Home Improvement onto Johnson Ridge Road. Go approx. 1 mile and turn right onto ParkwoodDrive. Go approx. ¼ mile, and hospital is on right.

FROM SPARTA:

From Hwy. 21 south, exit Elkin 268 ByPass W. Almost immediately, left at stoplight at Lowe’s Home Improvement onto Johnson Ridge Road.Go approx. 1 mile and turn right onto Parkwood Drive. Go approx. ¼ mile, and hospital is on right.

FROM WILKESBORO:

From US-421 S, merge onto I-77 N via Exit 265A toward Elkin; Merge onto US-21 ByPass N via Exit 83 on the left toward Roaring Gap/Sparta; Take the NC-26-ByPass/Elkin Exit; Turn left onto NC-268 ByPass/CC Camp Rd.; Turn left onto Johnson Ridge Rd.; Turn right onto Parkwood Dr.; End at 180 Parkwood Dr., Elkin, NC 28621

FROM GALAX:
