Heart & Lung Center
The Heart & Lung Rehab Gym is located on the main floor of HCMH. We offer a variety of exercise equipment and exercise prescriptions tailored to meet your individual needs.
Clients have access to a state-of-the-art telemetry monitoring system that allows the Cardiac Rehab staff to view the heart rate and rhythm of each client during exercise. This helps us provide safer, more effective care to recovering heart patients. The program is conducted in a group setting, allowing for emotional support and socialization with others who have similar conditions. Our goal is to help you learn how to live a heart-healthy life!
We offer exercise classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays every week. Required patient education sessions are held on Friday mornings during rehab hours. Contact us for complete details and schedules.
